These Terms of Service govern the use of the website thermovault-pharma.ch, operated by ThermoVault Pharma Logistics AG, registered in Switzerland. By using this website, you accept these terms. They do not replace the contractual terms of any supply agreement, which prevail for orders and deliveries.

These terms apply to visitors and users of this website. They cover the use of website content, forms, and downloadable documents.
Supply of products and services is governed by the applicable quotation, order acknowledgement, and supply agreement between ThermoVault Pharma Logistics AG and the customer. If a supply agreement, order acknowledgement or quotation contains a term that differs from these website terms, the signed commercial document applies for that order.
The split matters in practice. A visitor reading a product page learns how a thermal container, cooler bag or temperature data logger is normally configured. The customer receiving that unit relies on the datasheet and qualification report issued for the specific configuration, plus the delivery and acceptance conditions recorded in the supply agreement.
Website content and accuracy
Website content is provided for general information about our products and services. Product specifications, temperature ranges, hold durations, and compliance listings are stated per configuration in the relevant datasheets and qualification reports, which prevail over general website descriptions. We aim to keep content current but do not warrant that every page reflects the latest revision.
- Configuration-specific figures
- Temperature range and hold duration depend on the container size, insulation build, coolant pack layout and payload. The datasheet for your configuration is the reference.
- Compliance listings
- Certificates and conformity listings are issued per product line and revision. A general page cannot stand in for the document issued to your order.
- Revisions
- Product documentation is revised as materials, suppliers and test standards change. Always confirm the revision level before qualification or audit use.
- Where to ask
- If a website page and a datasheet appear to disagree, write to us with the product name and intended lane, and we will confirm which document applies.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or submit false information through its forms. Requests for documentation should accurately describe the product and lane concerned, since inaccurate details produce documents that do not match your actual use case.
Lawful use of the website
Reading pages, downloading documents and sending enquiries through our forms are all permitted for their intended business purpose. Nothing here restricts your rights under applicable Swiss law.
No interference or unauthorized access

When you request a datasheet, qualification report or cold-chain documentation, describe the container model, the payload type and the shipping lane. Vague requests usually produce documents that cannot be used for qualification.
Truthful form entries
Give correct contact details and a real company name. We use them to route your enquiry and to follow up on documentation, so false entries only delay the answer.
Intellectual property
Text, images, drawings, and documents published on this website are the property of ThermoVault Pharma Logistics AG or are used with permission. You may download documents for internal business use, including supplier qualification and audit purposes. Republication or commercial redistribution requires written permission.
In practice, that covers the common cases: a clinic keeping a datasheet in its supplier file, a quality team attaching a qualification report to an audit trail, or a distributor printing a drawing for a customer meeting. Sharing those files with a third party for resale, or publishing them on another website, is a different matter and needs written permission from us first.
Product names and the ThermoVault wordmark may not be used in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or certification that does not exist.
Forms and submissions
Information submitted through the Contact page is used to handle your enquiry as described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a contract or a binding order. A contract arises only when an order is confirmed in writing by ThermoVault Pharma Logistics AG.
An enquiry is the start of a conversation: we clarify the payload, the lane and the documentation you need, then send a quotation. Nothing is reserved or produced until you accept that quotation in writing.

- Scheduled maintenance and short interruptions to website availability may occur without notice.
- Liability that Swiss law does not allow us to exclude stays with us.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of ThermoVault Pharma Logistics AG in Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Company identification and register details, including the legal form and the UID number, are published on the Impressum page. Customers who require a signed copy of these terms for their own supplier file can request one through the contact page.

Changes do not reach back into orders that were already confirmed in writing. For those, the supply agreement in force at the time of confirmation continues to apply.
Common questions
Do these terms apply to an order I have already placed?
For a confirmed order, the quotation, order acknowledgement and supply agreement you accepted take precedence. These website terms govern how you use thermovault-pharma.ch, not the commercial terms of that delivery.
Can I use a datasheet in my own supplier qualification file?
Yes. Downloading documents for internal business use, including supplier qualification and audit purposes, is permitted. What needs written permission is republishing them or redistributing them commercially.
Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything?
No. A form submission starts a conversation and does not create a contract or a binding order. A contract arises only once an order is confirmed in writing by ThermoVault Pharma Logistics AG.
