What to include in a quote request
The four inputs that decide a configuration are the labeled temperature range, the lane duration, the monthly shipment volume, and whether the route is one-way or recurring. A fifth detail helps on controlled ambient lanes: the seasonal ambient extremes your route sees, not just the annual average. If you are replacing an existing supplier, sending their qualification report lets us match or exceed the documented hold time.
With those details, we can name a container class, a logger model, and a delivery schedule in the first reply.

Technical questions about specifications
If you need a material specification sheet, a dimension drawing, a PCM conditioning table, or a logger datasheet, ask for it by product name or configuration code. Our technical team answers specification questions directly and will tell you when a requested combination falls outside our tooling range rather than leaving it ambiguous.
For questions about which standard applies to a specific logger model, we confirm the compliance profile for that device.

How documentation is released
Some documents are sent immediately. Others, including lane-specific qualification reports, follow a short technical call so we can match the document to your actual lane rather than a generic example. If your request is under an NDA, tell us at the start and we will agree the confidentiality terms before sending anything.
Scheduling a consultation
A consultation is a short call with a cold-chain specialist, usually 30 to 45 minutes, to work through a lane, a validation protocol, or a packaging failure you are trying to diagnose. Bring the product range, the route, and any logger data you already have. If a lane-specific qualification report is the outcome, we will scope it on the call.
Consultations are available for customers in Switzerland and across the EU, and we schedule them in your time zone.
Schedule a consultationOrder and delivery enquiries
For existing orders, include your order reference so we can look up the configuration and the confirmed lead time. Custom configurations are quoted with a lead time at order acknowledgement, and we confirm any change in writing. Export documentation for EU destinations is handled on our side.
If you need a delivery window aligned to a courier collection, say so in the message and we will confirm feasibility.
New quote request
Send the temperature range, lane duration, monthly volume and route type. We reply with a container class, a logger model and a delivery schedule, or a question if one of the four is still missing.
Existing order
Include the order reference so we can retrieve the configuration and the confirmed lead time. Changes to a confirmed configuration are acknowledged in writing before production continues.
Export and customs paperwork
Export documentation for EU destinations is prepared on our side. If your forwarder needs a specific document set, tell us which one and we will confirm what we can issue.
Urgent lane failure
If a lane is failing now, mark the request clearly and describe what you observed. Urgent requests are prioritised, and we tell you when to expect a reply if the answer needs input from the quality team.
